Intelligente Rauschreduzierung für Fotos: Nik Software kündigt "Dfine 2" an

Nik Software (vormals Nik Multimedia) hat jetzt die bevorstehende Veröffentlichung seiner Rauschreduzierungssoftware "Dfine" (ein Plug-in für "Photoshop", MacOS X und Windows) angekündigt, welche jetzt auch die so genannte U-Point-Technologie (die bersits in Nikons "Capture NX" verwendet wird) einsetzen wird, um mittels Kontrollpunkten im Bild selektiv die Rauschreduzierung zu kontrollieren. Daneben wird das Tool jetzt auch automatisch gespeicherte Profile von Kameras und Objektiven bei der Optimierung berücksichtigen.

"Dfine 2.0" soll noch im zweiten Quartal 2007 direkt von der Nik Software Web-Site für rund 100 US-Dollar zu beziehen sein.
